For past ten years, Don has served the world as Catholic Lay Evangelist, teaching about the power of forgiven and agape in United States, Europe, Philippines, Trinidad, and South America. Don is our director of volunteerism and will help our candidates find their purpose through serving each other and community. Don Queen has been a successful entreprenuer, building a multi-million clothing embroidering and logo business in Texas.
Fr. Albert Gayle Nunez was ordained a priest on June 6, 1964, at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Lafayette. In 1971 he had a deeper conversion experience through “baptism in the Holy Spirit” and became involved in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. He has served as pastor in several parishes in the Diocese of Lafayette as well as the Chancellor for Notre Dame in Crowley, involved in Engaged Encounter for the Diocese. Fr. Nunez has been the Diocesan Liaison to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal for the Diocese of Lafayette since 1988.
John has served most of his career as a high-tech lawyer then business development executive and consultant to high-tech firms. He holds a law degree from Stanford University and an economics undergraduate degree. He has worked with hi-tech start ups in Silicon Valley for almost two decades. John has twice served as General Counsel and VP Business Development with leading technology firms, including a subsidiary of major public multi-national technology player Ceridian. John began working in the Human Capital industry when he joined Resumix, then the No. 1 ATS software provider and a new subsidiary of IT services giant Ceridian, as its new General Counsel. John has distinguished himself within Human Capital Circles as an innovator and provocateur. John is the author of numerous articles on talent management and leadership, was the founding editor of the Center for Global Workforce Excellence, and developed two ground breaking white papers: "Global Talent Management: Fostering Global Workforce Practices That Are Scalable, Sustainable and Ethical" (HCI: 2004) & "Top Ten Challenges of Corporate Recruiting: Emergence of the Talent Management Organization" (Peoplesoft Paper: 2001). Today, John continues to support both HR leaders and vendors within Human Capital circles as a faculty member of the Thought Leadership Institute. He also serves the industry through his consulting group, The Prophet Group. John continues to innovate in other sectors. He is President of a fast-paced alternative energy firm based in San Francisco, Green Energy Technology, Inc. which is devoted to the development of biomass power in California and biofuels throughout the world.
Steven Chaisson is a business analyst and health services domain expert. Steven graduated summa cum laude in Electrical Engineering, magna cum laude in Business Management and summa cum laude for his MBA in Finance. Steven worked as a Nuclear Engineer Technician under the U.S. Navy for 6 years, before taking on the challenges of developing an in-house environmental and non-destructive electrical equipment-testing department for 8 years at CLECO. Steven worked with BOC Edwards International as a Consulting Engineer for Intel, with the Green Energy Technology as Chief Financial Officer, and the LHC Group, Inc. as Financial Director. Steven is also a Professor of Finance and Global Business at the University of Phoenix MBA Program. In his spare time, Steven is a director and teacher with several community organizations such as Good news Ministries of Pensacola, Catholic Diocese of Lafayette, Louisiana.
