Two
local teenagers have been charged with stealing weapons from a Blooming
Grove home and
vandalizing it during a party last weekend.

and continued
into the next day, became unruly sometime after midnight.

He was charged with criminal possession of an assault rifle, criminal
possession of a loaded firearm
and criminal possession of stolen property, all felonies. He was also
charged with resisting arrest,
