Blooming Grove police are seeking help in recovering a gas-powered mortar mixer recently
 stolen from a local construction site.
    Police believe the STOW M20H mixer was taken from the Skyview Estates subdivision between
  7 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. yesterday. The site is near the intersection of Route 208 and Moffat Road.
    Anyone with details can call Sgt. John Heppes at 496-9161. All calls will be kept confidential.
