   Police arrest two men in burglaries
   Blooming Grove and Village of Goshen police have caught two men they say stole numerous tools
and equipment reported stolen Friday morning from a business and two residences in Blooming Grove,
 police said.    The pair's late-model blue Ford pickup was stopped at 5:52 a.m.
 – just after the reported burglaries – on Scotchtown Avenue by Goshen police Officer John Manna,
 Blooming Grove  Sgt. John Heppes said. Among other things, police recovered tools,
a weed trimmer and a dolly.  Dennis Fitzpatrick, 25, of Mount Ivy, was charged with third-degree burglary,
 a felony, and possession of stolen property and driving without a license, misdemeanors.
His passenger, Clayton Jones, 30, of Mount Hope, was charged with misdemeanor possession
 of stolen property.   Fitzpatrick was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
 Jones posted bail and was released.
  Police believe a 1986 Honda ATV found in the back of the pickup may also have been stolen.
