Washingtonville Bullet found in classroom |
|
A fourth grader found a .22-caliber bullet on the floor of his classroom at Round Hill Elementary school on Thursday. Blooming Grove Police interviewed all the students in the classroom and helped school officials search the school. No weapon and no other bullets were found, police said. The bullet has yet to be linked to anyone. Round Hill Principal Steve Kiel sent a letter home with students explaining the situation. Students were told by teachers of the inherent dangers of weapons, Kiel said, and urged parents to reinforce the issue. |
